The registration fee of $300 will cover the cost of the event in three ways:
- Lodging- 3 days and 2 nights. We will be using the TAHOE CENTER HOUSING at the ZPPCC. The rooms are hotel style guest rooms with private bathrooms, bedding, pillows, and towels (beds premade). Items not included: Hair dryer, microwave, refrigerator, phone, or television.
- Meals- 4 meals will be provided: Dinner- Friday, May 12; Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner- Saturday, May 13. No breakfast will be provided Sunday, May 14 as check out is at 10:30am. Being that it is Mother's Day weekend, we suggest enjoying an afternoon in town for lunch and visiting the local public sites and sceneries.
- Retreat- We will spend 3 days utilizing the conference centers and grounds as a place to enjoy and get away from the city. Also, the cost in expenses to providing the teaching and materials, along with the guest speakers for the event.

Here is the payment schedule the conference:
- First payment deposit ($150.00) is due before or by SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 26th, 2023.
- Second payment ($150.00) is due before or by SUNDAY, MARCH 26th, 2023.
- If you are able to pay the entire fee at once, please make payment before or by SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 26th, 2023.
FAQS (Frequently Asked Questions):
- Is this event limited in attendance? YES. We have reserved a limited group gathering for the event. So registration is key!! If there are more couples planning to attend the event after we reached our contract agreement, you will be placed on a waitlist to ensure we can obtain more lodging, meals, and materials. We will notify you through email if you happen to fall on the waitlist before you submit your first payment or full payment.
- Is this event open to couples outside the membership of Hmong C&MA Church of Stockton? Yes. We want to invite and connect with other couples from the surrounding Hmong Alliance churches.
- Will this Retreat be in English or Hmong? The retreat materials and event will be conducted in the English language.
- Can I bring my children? We prefer you and your spouse attend for the full participation of the retreat. There will be no childcare available. If you must bring your children, those ages infant to 3 years of age are free, and no cost will be applied to your lodging and meals while at Zephyr Point. However, children ages 4 and up will have an additional cost applied to your overall registration. Please email nextgenstockton@gmail.com regarding questions to bringing your children.
- What is there to do for activities? There will be a slot time after lunch on Saturday, May 13 from 1pm- 5pm for you to go out and enjoy the surroundings. - Is this event for young couples only? Although NextGen define couples (husband and wife) as married less than 15 years, WE ENCOURAGE ALL COUPLES beyond 15 years to attend. As long as you can benefit from the teaching and materials, we welcome you to come and fellowship with us and others.
